Description
The LY-16-1300 Automatic Honeycomb Ceiling Panel Production Line is a fully automated manufacturing system designed for producing honeycomb ceiling panels, medical wall panels, and other composite panel products.
The production line integrates several key processes including unwinding, glue spraying, panel forming, hot pressing, flipping, and automatic palletizing. With a production capacity of up to 2 boards per minute, the system significantly improves manufacturing efficiency while maintaining stable product quality.
The glue spraying system provides precise adhesive control with a flow accuracy of ±5%, ensuring uniform bonding and optimal adhesive consumption. The coating width can be adjusted from 500mm to 1300mm to accommodate different panel specifications.
The hot press machine delivers up to 100 tons of pressure, ensuring strong bonding performance and excellent panel flatness. The entire production line can be customized up to 58 meters in length to match factory layout requirements.
