Description
The LY-18-1300 SPC Composite Board Automatic Production Line is designed for high-efficiency composite pressing of SPC panels with wooden boards, silicon calcium insulation boards, ecological doors and other structural boards.
The production line integrates multiple automated processes including feeding, glue spreading, pressing, flipping, and palletizing, ensuring stable and continuous industrial production. With a production efficiency of up to two boards per minute, the system significantly improves manufacturing productivity while maintaining consistent product quality.
The precision glue spreading system ensures uniform adhesive application with flow accuracy within ±5%, reducing material waste and improving bonding strength. The coating width can be adjusted between 500mm and 1300mm to accommodate various panel sizes.
Equipped with a 100T press machine and intelligent PLC control system, the equipment provides stable composite performance and high production reliability. The full production line length reaches 48 meters and can be customized according to factory layout requirements.
