Bonding’s High-Barrier Aluminum Foil Bags Pass Extreme Climate Test in Middle East PUR Adhesive Market

[Dubai, UAE] – Shaoguan Bonding New Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangdong Longyu Machinery, announced today that its 20L and 200L high-temperature resistant aluminum foil round bottom bags have successfully completed a six-month field test with a major adhesive distributor in the United Arab Emirates.

The distributor supplies various reactive adhesives (PUR) to customers across the Gulf region, where summer temperatures often exceed 50°C and warehouse humidity fluctuates dramatically. Bonding’s bags, constructed with a four-layer PA/AL/PA/modified film structure and a 9µ thick aluminum barrier layer, demonstrated zero moisture ingress and maintained adhesive viscosity within 2% of initial values after six months of storage.

“Previous packaging solutions often failed under Gulf climate conditions, leading to cured adhesives and customer complaints,” said the distributor’s logistics manager. “Bonding’s bags not only solved the moisture problem but also withstood rough handling during transport. We have now placed monthly repeat orders.”

Bonding’s bags feature a 165°C heat resistance rating, complete traceability with three-code integration, and are available in customized sizes from 0.5L to 200L. The company operates an ISO9001-certified facility with a monthly production capacity of 3 million units.
