Singaporean Construction Panel Manufacturer Visits Longyu, Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreemen

Following the facility tour, both parties engaged in in-depth technical discussions. Longyu’s engineers explained the proprietary features of their equipment, such as the dual-component adhesive flow control system (accuracy ≤±5%), adjustable glue nozzle spacing, and customizable vacuum pressing parameters. The Singaporean team shared their specific production requirements, including panel dimensions (up to 3m width and 13m length) and output targets. Longyu proposed a tailored solution combining two LY-16-1300 lines and one LY-17-1300 line, configured to meet the client’s capacity goals while maintaining energy efficiency and low waste.

After several hours of negotiations and on-site testing, the two companies signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the supply of three automated production lines. The contract includes comprehensive after-sales support, including installation guidance, operator training, and a three-year warranty on key components. Both sides expressed confidence that the partnership would not only boost the Singaporean manufacturer’s production capacity but also set a new benchmark for quality in the region’s construction panel industry.
